How many people are reeling at the chaos created by recent events!
Being with people recently, whether live or on social media, feels like being in an emotional washing machine, tossed around like a piece of old worn out lint.
I refuse to be smashed!
I shall remain calm.
I shall remain focused on creating beautiful art.
I rise above the fear.
I shall remain grounded.
I open my arms to love, joy and sanity.
We have to stop worrying about ‘them’ and all the crap ‘they’ - whoever that is for each of us - do, and keep focused on honing our consciousness.
The way to keep on track is to constantly ask: does this thing, situation, event, make me feel fear?
If so, it’s a distraction, a ruse that steals our energy and attention. Don’t buy into it! It’ll be gone tomorrow, what with the speed with which things move nowadays.
If this thing, situation, event, does not make me feel fear? And you feel good, and even happy enough to hum a little song as you live your day?
You can continue on, feeling good!
And then keep going, feeling good.
Why would anyone not want to feel good?
When we feel good, it’s contagious.
It ripples out and invites others to feel good. Pretty soon, people feel too good to choose to feel bad!
What could be better than that?
What do you think?

Would you dare to wear a silk scarf with this art?
